Ok service in a busy part of town...it served it's purpose but in no way was it a memorable experience. No biggie considering we were in and out of here.
Service was alright, nothing outstanding but not rude in any way, shape or form. I think I'm just spoiled by my favorite local spot back home. All good.
Good place to grab your cold brew or blueberry black tea which is my favorite. Just be prepared for a crowd. If you're lucky, you'll find a table but plan accordingly as we weren't able to. No worries!

We stopped by during the cicLAvia bicycle event to get an iced mocha on this hot autumn day. The drink was perfectly made just the way we like it.

Mobile app is useless here, every other time it's as if the orders coming thru don't get read. I'm afraid to go back, they'll probably spit or piss in my order for stating my honest frustration and true experiences. San Pedro or Central one never have issues.

Food: I came here on a whim on my way to Identity LA when I was thirsty after my takoyaki and I didn't want to walk back to Little Tokyo to get boba. I ordered a venti Teavana strawberry fruitea and it did the job of quenching my thirst for a cold fruity refreshment. I especially liked the chunks of frozen strawberries in it.
Staff: the guy who cashiered was so nice. I don't go to Starbucks too often so I'm not too familiar with how they run, but when I originally ordered a small drink, he kindly suggested that I just upgrade to a venti since it'd be free b/c I was redeeming a Starbucks rewards. Since no one was there besides me, my drink was made super fast.
Atmosphere: a bit smaller than most Starbucks locations I've been too, and less natural light than I prefer, but it was cozy and well air-conditioned.
